Q. Paper Jam

A.Please follow the steps below to solve the problem,
NOTE: Illustrations shown below are for representative product and may differ from your machine.
1 .Open the front cover.
2. Leave the machine turned on for 10 minutes to cool down.
3. Slowly take out the drum unit and toner cartridge separately. The jammed paper may be pulled out during taking out drum unit and toner cartridge or this may release the paper so you can pull it out from inside of the printer.

Q. Printer shows "Drum End Soon"

A.The message "Drum End Soon”, which indicates the drum unit need to be replaced soon. When the LCD or the status monitor displays the message "Drum End Soon”, you can still continue to print. You can replace the drum unit when you find the print quality is no longer acceptable or when the message "Replace Drum" is displayed.
Please follow the instruction of OEM to replace the new drum.

Q. "Toner Low" message

A.The message "Toner Low" indicates that the toner cartridge is approaching the end of its expected life, but still has not reached its life end. It is recommended to continue printing if the printouts is still good. You should replace the toner cartridge when you find the print quality is no longer acceptable or when the message "Replace Toner" is displayed on the LCD.

Q. Why the color on the printouts is not exactly same as displayed on the computer screen?

A.Various monitor drivers will produce slightly different color scheme therefore the colors displayed on the computer screen will always slightly differ to the printouts. You could try to make an alignment, but be aware of each program uses slightly different driver so each color scheme would be in due cause.

Q. "Non-genuine cartridge is installed, continue?" message

A.Warning prompt is set by the printer manufacturer; just click YES. There is no impact to the printer and print quality.

Q. If you get poor print quality.

A.Firstly pls change another cartridge and try to print several pages. If the poor print quality is still there, it is most likely due to printer problem. If the problem goes away, in turn it is the cartridge problem.

Q. Will the environment factor affect the printing quality of compatible toner cartridges?

A.The best storing temperature for cartridges to obtain best printing quality is 10- 33 centigrade, 20-80% humidity. If storing in high or low temperature/humidity for long time the printing performance will definitely affect.

Q. What's the quality assurance period for G&G toner cartridge?

A.24 months
